About

Staged. is an offline TNM cancer staging reference for physicians, residents, and medical students. Browse 40 cancer types organized into 11 specialty groups on the home screen 2. Tap a specialty to expand it, then tap a cancer type 3. Select one T descriptor, one N descriptor, and one M descriptor from the plain-language lists 4. The stage group is calculated and displayed immediately 5. Tap "Clear" to restage, or the home icon to pick a different cancer FEATURES • 40 cancer types across 11 specialties • Full T, N, and M descriptor definitions written in plain language — no abbreviation decoding required • Instant stage calculation, color-coded from green (early) to dark red (advanced) • Quick Fill buttons for N0 and M0 to speed up common cases • Selected categories collapse automatically so you scroll less • Pin frequently used cancers to the top of the home screen • Cited sources on every staging screen, plus a full References section with links to the primary literature • Optional one-tap lookup of stage-specific treatment information on OpenEvidence • Works fully offline — no account, no login, no internet required CANCERS COVERED Thoracic: NSCLC, SCLC, thymic/thymoma, pleural mesothelioma Gastrointestinal: esophageal, gastric, colorectal, appendiceal HPB: pancreatic, hepatocellular, cholangiocarcinoma (intrahepatic, perihilar, distal), gallbladder, ampulla of Vater Head & Neck: oral cavity, oropharynx (HPV+ and HPV−), larynx (supraglottic and glottic), nasopharynx, salivary gland Genitourinary: kidney, bladder, prostate, penile Gynecologic: endometrial, cervical, ovarian, vulvar Breast Skin: melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma Soft tissue: extremity/trunk sarcoma, retroperitoneal sarcoma Endocrine: thyroid, adrenocortical Hematologic: lymphoma, CLL, multiple myeloma STAGING SYSTEMS AND SOURCES Staging criteria follow AJCC 8th Edition, IASLC 9th Edition (lung, thymic, mesothelioma), and current FIGO systems (endometrial 2023, cervical 2018, ovarian 2014, vulvar 2021), plus Lugano, Rai, and R-ISS for hematologic malignancies. Every staging screen displays its source citation, and the in-app References section links to the primary literature for each system. IMPORTANT Staged. is a reference and educational tool. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, and is not a medical device. It performs no patient-specific analysis and stores no patient data. Always verify staging against the primary source and your institutional guidelines before making clinical decisions.
