About
Ever wonder how a post pulls you in? MNL's AI names the persuasion techniques a post seems to use and how hard it's pulling on you. See a post in your feed? Tap Share, pick MNL, and get a label back. You can also scan a screenshot, a video, a link or a pasted message. The label says what the post is saying, in plain terms. How hard it's pulling on you emotionally, and why. Which persuasion techniques it's using, named and explained. One thing worth knowing about the context. A question to ask yourself before you share it. Seeing how a post is built should be as easy as reading the calories on a cereal box. MNL doesn't say what's true or false — it reads how something is built to persuade, not whether it's right. Think of it as a nutrition label, not a verdict: it tells you what's in the post, and lets you decide what to do with that. CHECK A CLAIM When a label finds a claim, Check this claim searches the web around it and prints what named sources say, and when they said it. It does not rule on the claim. The free plan includes a weekly allowance of claim checks. WHAT MNL TRACKS A single label is a data point. Your media diet is the pattern. MNL keeps a diary of what you scan and rolls it up into a weekly report card, compared with the week before it, and — with MNL Pro — a monthly report, Your Brain, Labeled: your archetype, the techniques you fall for most, and the one you almost never see. The weekly report card is part of the free plan. Scan the techniques you keep running into in the Field Guide, a running reference to persuasion patterns and which ones have targeted you lately. HOW IT WORKS - Share a post to MNL from your feed, or scan a screenshot, a photo, a video, a link or a pasted message - Read the label: what it's saying, its emotional pull, the techniques underneath - It's saved to your diary automatically - Check your weekly report card to see the pattern, not just the post - Share a label as a printed-style card, with the AI disclosure attached MNL PRO The label, the diary, the Field Guide and your weekly report card are free with an account: three scans a day, five a day on your first two days. Pro adds: - A daily scan allowance of 50, instead of the free plan's 3 - Your Brain, Labeled: the monthly report — archetype, susceptibility panel, blind spot - Dig Deeper: a monthly allowance of web-research runs around a claim in your label - More claim checks: a search around a claim in your label, printing what named sources say and when they said it MNL Pro is a monthly subscription, billed to your Apple Account at the price shown on the Pro screen before you buy, and auto-renewing until cancelled. Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings; cancel at least 24 hours before the month ends to avoid the next charge. Restore Purchases is available on the Pro screen. It labels patterns in how something is written — never a verdict on the person who wrote it, or on you for reading it. AI can be wrong; every label says so, and anything you share from a label is marked as AI-generated. Built for anyone who wants to see what their feed is actually doing to them — not to quit it, just to read the label.Read more
