Sutrah: Muslim Focus & Azan

Sutrah locks your distracting apps at every adhan and opens them again only after you have read Quran. In salah, a sutrah is the barrier you place in front of you so nothing passes between you and the qibla. Sutrah does the same for your attention. Pick the apps that steal your time, and at Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha they are held for you. Want one back early? Read Quran for a few minutes inside Sutrah, or complete your dhikr on the tasbih, and the app opens for the length you chose. No willpower needed, no reminders to ignore. LOCK AT EVERY ADHAN - Choose any apps or whole categories with Apple's Screen Time picker. - Sutrah holds them automatically at each of the five prayers, for 10, 20 or 30 minutes. - Start a deep-focus session any time: 15, 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. - Strict mode removes every early exit for the sessions that matter. - Schedules run on your phone even when Sutrah is closed. READ QURAN TO UNLOCK - To open a held app, read Quran for 2, 5 or 10 minutes and earn 15, 30 or 60 minutes back. - A full mushaf is built in: Uthmani script in the Amiri Quran typeface, transliteration, and eight translations including Sahih International, Pickthall, Yusuf Ali, Urdu, Indonesian, Turkish, French and Malay. - Adjustable font size, night mode, resume where you left off, juz and surah progress. - Prefer dhikr? A haptic tasbih counter (33/33/34 or your own target) works as the gate too. - Works completely offline. The whole Quran ships inside the app. PRAYER TIMES, AZAN, QIBLA - Accurate times for twelve calculation methods: ISNA, MWL, Umm al-Qura, Egyptian, Karachi, Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, Singapore, Diyanet, Moonsighting Committee and Tehran (Jafari, Shia), plus a Hanafi Asr option and per-prayer adjustments. - Adhan and pre-adhan notifications that fire reliably. - Hijri date, a clean prayer timeline with a live countdown to the next prayer. - Qibla compass using your phone's heading. TASBIH, STREAKS AND PROGRESS - Keep a daily streak of prayers kept and Quran read. - See minutes blocked, minutes read and unlock attempts for the week. - Share a weekly progress card with friends or family. RAMADAN MODE - Suhoor and iftar times on the Today screen. - A taraweeh hold in the evening and khatm pacing so you finish the Quran by Eid. SUTRAH PRO The free version is complete for one app: one held app, one prayer-time lock and one Quran unlock per day, with full prayer times, the whole Quran, tasbih and stats, forever. Sutrah Pro adds: - Unlimited apps, categories, locks and gates. - Live Activity countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. - Home and Lock Screen widgets for the next prayer and your lock state. - Accountability partner: a prefilled message to someone you trust if you end a session early. - Strict mode, Ramadan mode and every translation and calculation method. Pro is a yearly plan with a 7-day free trial, a lifetime purchase, or a weekly plan. Cancel any time in Settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, ever. - Everything stays on your phone. There is no Sutrah server. - Location is read once, to work out prayer times and the qibla for your city. You can type a city instead. - Sutrah uses Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls) to hold apps. iOS asks for your permission first. Sutrah never sees which apps you use or how long you use them; Apple keeps that information on your device, and the shield is applied by iOS itself. Sutrah is for anyone who wants their phone to respect salah as much as they do. Set it up once, and let the adhan do the rest. Quran text: Tanzil Uthmani via quran.com.
