BarVault: Home Bar Manager

BarVault is a quiet, careful home for your bottle collection. Track what you own, what's open, how much is left, and what you want next — without an account, a subscription, or anything leaving your phone. YOUR BAR Add bottles grouped by product, so three bottles of the same whisky stay together instead of cluttering a list. Mark them sealed or opened, set how much is left with a slider, and record notes on the ones worth remembering. Start typing a name and BarVault suggests the bottle, filling in brand, ABV and origin for you. NEVER LOSE TRACK Expiration tracking for bottles that shouldn't sit too long once opened — a fixed date, or a number of days after opening. Bottles nearing their limit are flagged before it matters. FIND ANYTHING Search by name or brand. Filter by category, by opened or sealed, or by what's expiring soon. Useful at ten bottles, essential at a hundred. WISHLIST Keep the bottles you're hunting for, with a target price and where to find them. When one finally arrives, move it into your bar in a tap — the price comes with it. BACKUP THAT ACTUALLY WORKS Save your whole collection to a single file in Files or iCloud Drive, and restore it on a new phone. Choose whether to replace what's there or merge, and see exactly what was added before anything changes. BUILT TO BE CALM Dark by default, light if you prefer, or follow your system. Designed to be read at a glance across a dim room, and to stay out of the way. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no account, no server, and no sync. Your collection lives on your device and nowhere else. Backups go where you send them and nowhere you don't.
