Aria is your assistant for getting work done around the house. Tell Aria what needs doing, in your own words — by voice, by text, with a photo if that helps. It asks the couple of questions it actually needs, then goes and finds someone. It contacts the nearest person who does that kind of work, agrees the scope and the price with them, and books the job. You go back to your day. HOW IT WORKS · Say what you need, the way you'd say it to a friend · Aria asks only what it has to, then starts looking · It contacts workers nearby, one at a time, and handles the back-and-forth · It books within the rules you've given it, or comes back to you when something falls outside them · You can add a detail, change the time or stop it at any point YOUR MONEY IS HELD, NOT SPENT Your card is authorized when the job is booked — held, not charged. The money stays with you until the work is finished and you have approved it. Cancel before the worker sets off and the job price comes back. The service fee is shown before anything is booked, so the all-in total is the number you agreed to. ON THE DAY You see when the worker is on the way, with a map and a rough arrival time, then when they arrive and when they start. At the end they file a report with photos, and anything extra is a charge you approve rather than a surprise. Once a job is booked you can message the worker directly — before that, Aria does the talking. IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE The whole app is built in English, French, Chinese and Tamil, and you switch inside it. Aria talks to you in your language and to the worker in theirs, and each of you reads a message in the language you chose. IF YOU DO THE WORK Aria works the other way round too. Your own assistant fields jobs while you are on another one or asleep, quotes from the prices you set, and accepts within the rules you have given it. You set your skills, your prices, your hours and how far you will travel. GETTING STARTED You sign in with your phone number and a code we text you.
