About
ClearDose helps you organize medication reminders with large text, clear dose cards, and simple controls. SET UP IN THREE STEPS Add the medicine name, choose your times and days, and enter the number of pills. No account or ads. RECORD EACH DOSE Tap "I took it", skip a dose, or undo an accidental entry. See today's remaining doses and your recent record. LOCAL REMINDERS Receive notifications at your scheduled times, with optional follow-up alerts after 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Snooze from a notification for 10 minutes. Open ClearDose daily to refresh reminders. The Today screen shows how far ahead reminders are scheduled; coverage depends on the number of doses and follow-ups. Notifications require permission, and sound or Focus settings may silence them. ClearDose does not provide emergency or guaranteed alerts. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Medicine records and photos are stored on your device. No developer-run servers, analytics, advertising, or tracking. Reports and messages leave the device only when you choose to share them. ALL FEATURES INCLUDED — FREE • Photo confirmation: optionally take a photo while recording a dose. • Family reports: share a report or compose a message about a missed dose. Nothing is sent automatically. • Refill counting: track pills remaining and see low-stock notices in Medicines. • Extended history: review 30 or 90 days. Unlimited medicines, reminders, photo confirmation, family reports, refill counting and up to 90 days of history are all free. No purchases or subscriptions. ClearDose is a reminder and personal record, not medical advice or proof that medicine was swallowed. Follow your doctor's and pharmacist's instructions, including what to do about late or missed doses.Read more
