About
Klok In is a timesheet for people who bill by the hour and forget to write things down. Open it, log what you just worked on, close it. That's the whole app. HOURS THAT ACTUALLY GET BILLED Log a from–to range and Klok In works out the duration, or enter the time directly if you already know it. Add a note so you remember what the block was for. Hours live in their own list, separate from your to-dos, because hours are the thing you invoice. TASKS, ON THE SAME TIMELINE Write down what you did, or what's coming up. Give it a start time or leave it open. Tick it off when it's done. Tasks and hours share one timeline per day, sorted by when they happened, so a day reads top to bottom. A DAY YOU CAN READ AT A GLANCE Every day opens with a plain-English summary: how long you klokked in, how many entries you finished, when the last one starts. Swipe left or right to move between days. THE MONTH IN ONE TAP Tap the date to open a calendar that grows out of it. Jump to any day, log hours from earlier in the week, or put a task two weeks out. A TIMESHEET YOUR CLIENT CAN PAY Pick this week, last week, this month, or any custom range. Add your name and your client's. Klok In builds a clean timesheet: every entry with its time and status, total hours, active days, and, if you've set an hourly rate, what the period earned. Include or leave out unfinished entries. Share it straight to Mail, Messages, Files, or anywhere else. A NUDGE, IF YOU WANT ONE Set a daily reminder and Klok In asks you to write down the day before you forget it. One notification, at a time you choose. QUIET BY DESIGN Everything lives on your phone. No account to make, nothing to sync, nothing to sign in to. It works on a plane. Light and dark are both first-class, and the day screen shifts colour with the date, so no two days look the same. Built for contractors, freelancers and consultants who'd rather spend two seconds logging an hour than an evening reconstructing a month.Read more
