FlightLog is a modern pilot logbook designed to take the work out of keeping an accurate flying record. Connect your roster and FlightLog can automatically bring upcoming duties and sectors into the app, ready for you to review and confirm after flying. Prefer to enter flights yourself? Flights can also be created and edited manually at any time. Roster-assisted logging Connect a supported roster calendar and FlightLog keeps your upcoming flying organised automatically. Planned sectors, aircraft details, timings and duties can be brought into the app without repeatedly entering the same information by hand. Future flights remain separate from your confirmed logbook until they have been flown and reviewed. Duty and FDP awareness FlightLog presents your duty in a clear operational view, including: • planned report and checkout times • sector and block times • calculated duty duration • maximum FDP indication • discretion point indication • standby and other roster duties These tools are designed as planning aids and should always be checked against your operator's approved manuals and procedures. Keep your logbook current Review each sector after landing, adjust actual times, aircraft registration, crew, role and other details, then confirm the flight into your permanent logbook. You can also create historical or missing flights manually, or import existing records from supported logbook formats. Flying limits and recency The Analytics view helps you understand your recent flying at a glance, including: • rolling 28-day flight-time tracking • remaining headroom against the 100-hour limit • passenger-carrying recency information • take-off and landing records • night flying • monthly flying totals • upcoming rostered flying An interactive timeline helps show how your rolling 28-day total changes as flights move through the window. Experience reports Generate clear experience summaries covering total time, co-pilot or command time, night flying, take-offs, landings and other recorded experience. Reports and logbook records can be exported when required, including printable PDF logbook reports and data backups. Your flying, securely synced FlightLog keeps your logbook synchronised through your account so your records are available across supported devices. Cloud synchronisation also provides another copy of your logbook while downloaded data remains available locally for offline use. Signed-in devices can be reviewed and removed remotely, and Face ID or the device passcode can protect access to an already signed-in account.
