About
Phoenix Patrol is the field app for security operations: officers log patrol rounds and file reports on site, supervisors review them, and the organization keeps a defensible record of every shift. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Officers start a patrol at a property, scan QR checkpoints as they walk, and file a report when the round is done. Filing a report closes and counts the round automatically, so nobody has to remember to press Stop. Two reports from the same walk stay one round — the count reflects what actually happened. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Basements, stairwells, rural sites. Every patrol, report and photo is written to the device first and uploaded when a connection returns. Nothing is deleted locally until the server confirms it received the report and every attachment. REPORTS THAT HOLD UP Build your own report templates — incident, daily activity, maintenance, visitor logs — with required fields, checklists and narratives. Attach photo evidence captured in real time, with an organization setting that blocks library imports when only live capture is acceptable. Officers sign the report before it is submitted. RUNSHEETS Set the rounds a property needs per night, the window they must fall in, and which officers cover it. The app shows progress live — "2 of 3 rounds tonight" — counted across the whole crew, not per person. SUPERVISOR REVIEW A review queue that empties as decisions are made: approve, or return for correction with a reason the officer sees. Submitted reports can never be silently edited. Amendments record the author, timestamp and reason, and every privileged action lands in an immutable audit history. THE RECORD, SEARCHABLE A separate reports archive that never empties. Search by number, property, officer, category or narrative text. Filter by status, property, officer and report type, then export exactly the rows you are looking at as CSV, or a single report as a formatted PDF. ROLES AND PROPERTIES Owners create the organization and invite supervisors and officers by code. Permissions are explicit: manage users, manage properties, manage templates, review reports, export, view the audit log. Each property carries its own post orders, access instructions, site contacts and emergency numbers. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Location is recorded only at specific moments — patrol start and end, checkpoint completion, report creation, photo capture — never continuously and never in the background. Permission can be declined and reports still work. Records are visible only inside your own organization, enforced at the database level. Accounts can be deleted from Settings at any time. BUILT FOR THE FIELD
Officers start a patrol at a property, scan QR checkpoints as they walk, and file a report when the round is done. Filing a report closes and counts the round automatically, so nobody has to remember to press Stop. Two reports from the same walk stay one round — the count reflects what actually happened.
WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Basements, stairwells, rural sites. Every patrol, report and photo is written to the device first and uploaded when a connection returns. Nothing is deleted locally until the server confirms it received the report and every attachment.
REPORTS THAT HOLD UP
Build your own report templates — incident, daily activity, maintenance, visitor logs — with required fields, checklists and narratives. Attach photo evidence captured in real time, with an organization setting that blocks library imports when only live capture is acceptable. Officers sign the report before it is submitted.
RUNSHEETS
Set the rounds a property needs per night, the window they must fall in, and which officers cover it. The app shows progress live — "2 of 3 rounds tonight" — counted across the whole crew, not per person.
SUPERVISOR REVIEW
A review queue that empties as decisions are made: approve, or return for correction with a reason the officer sees. Submitted reports can never be silently edited. Amendments record the author, timestamp and reason, and every privileged action lands in an immutable audit history.
THE RECORD, SEARCHABLE
A separate reports archive that never empties. Search by number, property, officer, category or narrative text. Filter by status, property, officer and report type, then export exactly the rows you are looking at as CSV, or a single report as a formatted PDF.
ROLES AND PROPERTIES
Owners create the organization and invite supervisors and officers by code. Permissions are explicit: manage users, manage properties, manage templates, review reports, export, view the audit log. Each property carries its own post orders, access instructions, site contacts and emergency numbers.
