CXApprove

CXApprove gives authorized approval managers a focused mobile workspace for reviewing enterprise quotes and making timely approval decisions. Managers connect to quoting workspaces enrolled by their organization, see only approvals assigned to their account, review configured quote details and line items, and perform the approval actions made available by their administrator. Optional capabilities can include approval history, delegation, configurable quote-line filters, document downloads, quote attachments, custom actions, and notifications for newly assigned approvals. Key capabilities: • View pending approvals across authorized quoting workspaces • Review quote totals, discounts, margins, approval reasons, custom fields, and line details configured by the organization • Approve or reject with confirmation and an optional decision comment • Prioritize work using approval age and manager insights • Receive notifications for newly assigned approvals when enabled • Open an active quote directly from a notification • Review decisions and quote activity when enabled for the account • Use enterprise single sign-on or organization-approved credentials • Protect locally retained sessions with device security controls CXApprove is intended for organizations with an active CXApprove account and a supported enterprise quoting deployment. Access, sites, mappings, authentication methods, and optional capabilities are configured by the organization's Account Administrator. CXApprove is independently developed and does not reproduce third-party branding, logos, or application interfaces, or claim affiliation with another platform provider.
