About
Photograph a receipt and get a tax-ready expense line: merchant, date, total, sales tax, tip, the last four digits of the card, and which of the twelve Schedule C categories it belongs to. No typing. Fifteen receipts free. No account, no cloud, nothing uploaded — because there is nowhere to upload it to. Airtight works in Airplane Mode, permanently. WHAT IT DOES • Reads the receipt on the device. Apple's Vision framework does the reading and a rules engine does the categorizing. Neither one needs a network, an account, or Apple Intelligence — it behaves identically on every iPhone running iOS 18 or later. • Files each receipt under the Schedule C line the form actually uses, so at tax time the numbers are already where they belong. • Applies the business-meal limit — currently 50% — so the figure you see is the figure that goes on the form. • Tracks mileage at the current IRS rate. Business miles are usually the largest deduction a sole proprietor has and the easiest one to forget. • Exports the year as a CSV your accountant can open, or as a packet with the receipt images attached. • Everything stays editable. A crumpled receipt photographed in a dark car is a hard document, and you can correct any field before or after saving. WHO IT IS FOR Freelancers, contractors, gig drivers, single-member LLCs — anyone who files a Schedule C or gets a 1099-NEC, and would rather not open a spreadsheet at the counter holding a coffee. Airtight is a record-keeping tool, not tax advice. What is deductible in your situation is a question for a tax professional. PRIVACY There is no account, no sign-in, and no server of ours. We never receive your receipts, your merchants, your amounts, your card digits, your mileage, or the fact that you scanned anything. Turn on Airplane Mode and every part of the app keeps working — that is a claim you can test in ten seconds. SUBSCRIPTION Fifteen receipts are free, with no time limit and nothing held back. After that, Airtight Pro: • Monthly — $7.99 per month • Annual — $39.99 per year, starting with a 7-day free trial • Lifetime — $79.99 once, for people who would rather not have another subscription The annual plan begins with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged; otherwise it converts automatically to a paid year at $39.99. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Terms of Use (EULA): https://sentinelai.in/terms Privacy Policy: https://sentinelai.in/privacyRead more

Two fixes for people filing a Schedule C. • A receipt that prints its sales tax on two lines now reports the whole amount. Before, only one of the two was read — the total was always right, but the tax field could come in low. • The Deductible column in a CSV export now adds up to exactly the total shown above it. A halved business meal can land on a half-cent, and rounding each row separately could leave a long export a cent or two out.
