It clears away the chores that eat the week: typing in invoices, hunting for receipts, putting together the daily summary. WHAT IT DOES FOR YOU • Photograph a receipt or an invoice: Dominus AI reads the document, fills in the entry and suggests a category. You check it and approve. • Take offerings in cash or by Pix, with the QR code generated on the spot. • See the day's cash position, spending by category and the statement for each account. • Keep track of incoming invoices and pending tax documents. • Run the parish shop, the bazaar and the fair, each with its own till. • Find a parishioner, a contributor or a grave in seconds. Nothing to install, no parallel spreadsheet, no waiting until you get back to the office. HOW ACCESS WORKS The app is for institutions that already use Dominus. Enter your church's access code — typed or scanned from a QR code — and sign in with your own user. Each institution has its own isolated environment, and each person sees only what their role allows. The app has no sign-up: accounts are created by the institution's administrator in the web system.
