XFatora Accounting is a focused finance workspace for authorized members of an existing XFatora organization. Know your position today • Review balances, recent movement and financial signals without inventing totals on the device. • See posting, reconciliation, payable and period-close work that requires attention. • Keep sensitive amounts out of push notifications by default. Control your books • Review the chart of accounts and each account ledger. • Create balanced journal entries and preserve authoritative posting history. • Work with opening balances, transfers, banking activity, mappings and fiscal controls according to assigned permissions. Manage cash and obligations • Monitor receivables and payables aging. • Review bank accounts, reconcile activity and manage transfers. • Work with pay bills, checks, signatures and reprints where the Accounting service supports them. Report with confidence • Run profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, cash flow and other server-authoritative financial reports. • Review budgets, variances, tax reports and audit records when enabled for your workspace. An existing XFatora organization account is required. Account creation, subscriptions, purchases and payment are not available in the app. Features depend on organization configuration, enabled modules and assigned permissions.
