AIMS - AI Monitoring System

AIMS - AI Monitoring System is the employee app for organizations that track their AI tool use under the EU AI Act. Your workplace gives you an enrollment code. You enter it once, and this phone joins your organization as one of your own devices. There is no account to create and nothing to buy in this app. What you can see and do: - Your own devices in one list: the computers assigned to you, with the AI tools currently active on each, grouped by EU AI Act risk level. - This phone listed among them, so you can see that it is enrolled and online. - Your organization's approved AI tools, so you always know what you're cleared to use. - Your compliance tasks, such as signing your organization's AI-use declaration. - Your language and appearance settings. On iPhone the app does not monitor the phone itself. It does not read which apps are installed on it, and it does not watch what you open. Everything you see here is reported by your organization's desktop agent on the computers assigned to you.
