HotCold — air-conditioner maintenance and installation in Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran. Book your service at a price you know before the visit, follow your order from confirmation until the technician arrives, and keep your ACs and their warranty in one place. For customers • Two clear ways in: "I know what I need" — pick the service at its published price; or "I have a problem" — book an inspection visit that is deducted from the bill if you go ahead with the repair. • Prices include VAT, and current offers show on the service itself. • Choose the day and time window, and the team confirms your appointment. • Pay by mada or credit card on Alinma Bank's secure page, or by bank transfer and upload the receipt from "My account" — the booking is confirmed once paid. • "My bookings": every order step by step, the technician's name and number once assigned, and a rating after the job. • "My addresses": save your addresses once and pin your home on the map so the technician finds you without calling. • "My devices": register your ACs with serial number and warranty date, and see each unit's service history. • In Arabic and English. For the HotCold team • Today's jobs on one screen; each visit is recorded with check-in and check-out, location and a photo. • Before and after photos, the serial number, and the customer's approval by a code sent to their phone. • Works offline and sends what was saved when the network is back, without doing anything twice. • Office staff: a "Bookings" tab to confirm and assign bookings, review transfer receipts, invoice, take phone bookings and follow up payments. • Leave, loans and overtime from the phone. Privacy • Customers sign in with their mobile number and a code sent by SMS — no password is stored. • Location is read when you set your address, and for technicians only at check-in and check-out — no one is tracked in the background. • Delete your account inside the app: My account → Delete account.
