Track every stage Watch your order move through cutting, stitching, finishing and dispatch with live updates, and get notified at each step. Dress Smart never sees your card or wallet details. Dress Smart makes uniforms that fit the person wearing them — not the other way around. We are a made-to-order tailoring house in Kathmandu. Every garment is cut against an individual's measurements, tracked through sixteen production stages, and leaves the workshop with its own serial number. This app is how you order, measure and follow it. MEASURE WITHOUT A TAPE Use AI-assisted measurement to capture your size from your phone camera, guided step by step. Prefer the traditional way? Enter measurements by hand, or book a tailor to visit you. Whatever you choose, your measurement profile is saved — so a resize or a repair years later starts with a lookup, not a guess. Store separate profiles for different people. Useful for families, and essential for organisations kitting out a whole team. ORDER, THEN WATCH IT BEING MADE Browse collections and the fabric library — wools, cottons and performance blends with composition, weight and price per metre shown plainly. Choose your cut, collar, cuffs and embroidery. Then follow the order through every stage: confirmed, into production, cutting, stitching, quality check, ready, dispatched. You get a notification at each step rather than having to ask. BUILT FOR ORGANISATIONS TOO Schools, hospitals, hotels and corporates order in volume through the same app. Book an on-site measurement visit for your staff, review a quote, and track a bulk order to delivery. Bulk pricing and contract terms are handled by our sales team, not buried in a form. AFTER THE SALE Alterations, repairs and replacements are requested in the app and tracked like any other job. Loyalty points accrue on every order. PAY HOW YOU LIKE eSewa, Fonepay QR, PayPal, bank transfer, cash or cheque. FOR THE DRESS SMART TEAM Staff and partner accounts unlock additional areas of the app — daily reporting, task and meeting management, field measurement visits, and the workshop production board. These sections are role-restricted and are not visible to customer accounts. YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR CHOICE You can request account deletion at any time, from the app or from dresssmart.com.np/delete-my-account — no need to contact us or reinstall.
