uaCloud is the companion app for a vehicle connected to the uaCloud platform, made for the person who drives it. Sign in with your uaCloud account and everything about your vehicle is one tap away. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Vehicle at a glance. Battery state of charge, range, odometer, doors, lights and tyre pressure, read live from the vehicle rather than typed in by hand. - Health score. A daily score built from the vehicle's own CAN bus data, so a problem shows up before it strands you. - Report a fault. Describe what happened, attach a photo or a short video, and send it straight to the service team as a ticket you can follow. - Follow your tickets. Every service request, its status and the workshop's replies, in one list. - Where did I park. Save your parking spot with one tap and walk back to it later. - Service history. Past visits, what was done and what is due next. - Trip history. Distance, duration and route for the journeys the vehicle recorded. - Notifications. Service reminders and alerts about your vehicle, with the full history kept in the app. - Scan a vehicle. Point the camera at a vehicle's QR or VIN label to pull it up instantly. - More than one vehicle. Drive a car and a van, or several vehicles, and each one appears in the list with its own history. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone who drives a vehicle connected to uaCloud: a private owner with one car, an electric-vehicle driver keeping an eye on charge and range, a technician, or a driver at a company that runs a hundred vans. The app is the same for all of them, and nothing in it is reserved for the staff of any one company. HOW YOU GET AN ACCOUNT Your account comes with the vehicle. Once a vehicle is connected to uaCloud, whoever drives it signs in and sees it. If the vehicle you drive is not connected yet, write to hello@uaplatform.com and we will connect it - one car or a hundred. The app is free and sells nothing: no in-app purchase, no subscription, no advertising. What is paid for is the telematics unit fitted to the vehicle and the service that keeps it connected - hardware and a service for a physical vehicle, not digital content unlocked inside the app. PRIVACY Your vehicle's data goes only to the uaCloud server that holds your account. Two other services are needed to run: Esri draws the map background, and notifications arrive through Apple's push service. Your location is read when you tap to save a parking spot, never in the background. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking. Available in English and Turkish; the app follows your phone's language.
