About

Build a personalized visual schedule for someone in minutes, and print it. Visual Routine Builder is a tool for parents, caregivers, educators and support professionals — and for neurodivergent adults building supports for themselves. Choose the pictures the person already understands, put the steps in order, and print: a schedule strip for the wall, cut-out cards to laminate and reuse, a First / Then board, or a tick-box checklist. PRINTING IS THE POINT - Schedule strips, cut-out cards, First / Then and Now / Next boards, choice boards and checklists - US Letter and A4, colour or black-and-white for shared printers - Cut guides, optional labels, and picture-only layouts - Cards print at a real size you choose (2, 2½ or 3 inches) and stay that size, so cards from different schedules work together on one strip - A printer check page you can measure before you cut and laminate 3,436 PICTURES INCLUDED The complete Mulberry Symbol Set by Steve Lee, used under CC BY-SA 4.0 and credited in Settings. Search the whole set, add your own photographs — a photo of the actual bathroom door beats any drawing — and give a picture the other words your household uses for it. PICTURES THAT SUIT THE PERSON Photos, drawings, or words only: chosen for each person and used on paper and on screen. A picture can be set for one person without changing it for anybody else. BOARDS YOU CAN KEEP Make a First / Then, Now / Next or choice board on its own, without building a schedule — then save it to reprint, edit or duplicate later. WHEN THINGS CHANGE Mark an activity as not today, swapped, later or a maybe instead of deleting it. The printed card keeps it, struck through, so the paper and the day agree. ON THE DEVICE TOO A schedule can run full screen: the current step large, a big Done button, and a Pause button that is always there. Up to six Pause cards can be chosen for each person, in the same places every time. This is the secondary mode — the printed support is the product. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything lives on this device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere: no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. The app works exactly the same in airplane mode. Backup and restore are built in. A backup is a single file you keep wherever you like — Files, iCloud Drive, or sent to yourself — and restoring it brings your people, pictures and schedules back on a new iPhone or iPad. One purchase. No subscription and no in-app purchases. Visual Routine Builder is an organization and planning tool. It makes no medical claims and offers no recommendations — you supply the content.Read more
