Company France Client is your provider's client portal, on your phone. Your quotes, your invoices, your documents and your messages with the firm that looks after you, all in one place. There is no sign-up: your provider opens your access, on the e-mail address they already have. You then sign in without a password, with a six-digit code sent by e-mail, or with Sign in with Apple. YOUR QUOTES • Accept or decline a quote with a single tap • The PDF opens inside the app, with nothing to download • A quote whose validity has passed says so plainly, instead of offering a button that would no longer work YOUR INVOICES • The state of each one: issued, paid, partly paid, overdue • The PDF, to read or to share • Card payment online, when your provider has enabled it • The amount is computed by the server, never by the phone YOUR DOCUMENTS • The documents your provider shares with you • The papers they ask for, uploaded from the camera or the photo library • When a document is rejected, the reason is shown, so you know what to fix STAYING IN TOUCH • Messages with your provider • Notifications: new invoice, new document, new message • The other members of your company who share the same access YOUR SECURITY • App lock with Face ID or Touch ID • Signed-in devices: see every phone and disconnect the one you lost • Each device sets its own notifications WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • No sign-up, no subscription, no purchase inside the app. • Paying an invoice settles real work your provider has already delivered: accountancy, a building job, consulting. It is not the purchase of digital content.
