FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS Register in one sitting. Fill out your player's registration on your phone. The form asks what your club actually needs, and it places your player on the right team by age automatically. Pay the way your club offers. Pay in full, or on a payment plan when your club allows one. Checkout runs on Stripe with Apple Pay and cards, and installments are charged on schedule so nothing slips. See every invoice in one list. What is open, what is due, and everything you have already paid. No more hunting through email to find out what you owe. Send paperwork with your camera. Birth certificates, signed contracts, medical forms. Photograph the document and it goes straight to your club. Know what is happening. Announcements from your club and your coaches arrive as notifications and email, and you choose which types you want. Notifications never carry your child's name or any dollar amount. Lock the app. Turn on Face ID or Touch ID so your family's information stays yours if your phone is handed around. FOR COACHES Approve registrations onto your roster from your phone. Review who signed up and the answers the family gave, approve them onto the team, or send it back with a short note the family actually reads. No laptop, no waiting until you are home. BUILT FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS IN IT Clubside is used by parents and coaches. It is not designed for children to use. Information about a player is entered by a parent, guardian, or club staff member, and it is visible only to that family and their club. The app does not record your screen or what you type. Parents can delete their account and their personal information from the Account tab at any time. GETTING STARTED Your club sends you a link or an invitation email.
