About
JFS (Jamiat Finance System) is the bookkeeping and receipt-verification application of Islami Jamiat Talaba Pakistan, published by Idara Matbuat-e-Talaba (Private) Limited. JFS provides two types of access: public receipt verification and protected organizational bookkeeping. Verify a receipt — no account required Anyone holding a JFS receipt serial can use Verify a receipt directly from the sign-in screen. Enter the serial to confirm that the corresponding bookkeeping record exists and view the receipt details made available for verification. JFS does not accept, transfer, hold or process money. Receipt verification confirms an existing bookkeeping record only. Protected bookkeeping Authorized office bearers use JFS to record income and expenditure, issue receipts, maintain unit accounts and carry financial records through the organisation’s review and audit process. Bookkeeping access is invitation-only. Accounts are issued by the relevant organizational unit so that protected financial records remain accessible only to authorized users. What you can do • Verify a receipt — check a JFS receipt using its serial without creating an account or signing in. • Issue receipts — record incoming funds against a payer or donor, including the payment method and purpose, and issue a receipt serial. • Record expenses — capture an expense with its category, amount, date and an optional bill photograph, then submit it for review. • Follow the audit trail — see the status and history of records as they move through internal review and audit. • See balances — understand available balances, opening amounts, income received and expenditure already recorded. • Events and liabilities — group programme costs and keep track of amounts that remain payable. • Reports — generate financial statements for a selected period and share them where your role permits. Built for the Jamiat structure Every financial record belongs to an organizational pocket, such as Markaz, Suba, Zila, Halqa or another unit. What an authenticated user can see or do depends on the role assigned to that user and the unit in which that role is held. Account holders can initiate account deletion directly inside the app from More → Delete account. JFS is free. There are no subscriptions, In-App Purchases, advertisements or paid digital features. Available in English and Urdu.Read more
