PAT Cert

PAT Cert makes portable appliance inspection and testing records simple, clear and professional. Designed for landlords, letting agents, HMOs, short-term accommodation providers and inspectors, the app guides you through each property and appliance without unnecessary technical complexity. Features include: • Guided property and appliance inspection workflow • Visual inspection checks and electrical test results • Clear Pass, Fail and Not Tested outcomes • Searchable property and appliance register • Draft and final PDF certificates • Email and sharing options for landlords and letting agents • Inspector, test instrument and review-date records • Repeat inspections using saved property information PAT Cert is designed to record the inspection and testing carried out. It does not automatically determine electrical safety, replace professional judgement or by itself establish legal compliance.
