Avalon Sentinel is the secure mobile interface for Avalon-powered premises — bringing incidents, evidence, live intelligence, access activity and AI-assisted investigation into one experience. Capabilities adapt to the connected Sentinel system. Avalon Sentinel connects to your organisation's own Sentinel server — on-premises or in your own cloud — over an encrypted connection. There is no separate Avalon data-collection cloud by default: your data stays with your deployment. WHAT YOU CAN DO (when your Sentinel server provides it) • Command Center — a live operational overview of your premises. • Incidents & events — review incidents with their context and status. • Evidence — view associated evidence securely; media is streamed on demand, not stored on your device. • Access activity — see people, visitors, vehicles and access events. • Ask Avalon — ask natural-language questions about your events and evidence for AI-assisted investigation. • Premises & devices — check device and premises status and system health. • Reports — review operational reports. CAPABILITIES ADAPT TO YOUR SYSTEM Avalon Sentinel negotiates capabilities with the server it connects to. Features such as live video, PTZ camera control, robot integration and AI investigation appear only when your Sentinel system genuinely provides them. If a capability is not available, the app shows it honestly rather than faking it. EXPLORE DEMO Not connected yet? PRIVACY & SECURITY • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS and WSS) to your Sentinel server. • Tokens stored in the device Keychain; optional Face ID App Lock. • No advertising, no third-party tracking. Optional product analytics is off by default. WHO IT'S FOR Property, security and business users and household account holders whose organisation runs an Avalon/Sentinel deployment. Accounts are provisioned by your Sentinel administrator. IMPORTANT Avalon Sentinel supports security operations; it does not guarantee the prevention of crime, intrusion, theft, falls or injury. Safety findings are indicative (possible/suspected) and require human judgement. It is not a medical device or an emergency-response service.
