About
BizFlow logs the two things a business owner loses money forgetting: the miles you drive and the receipts you're handed. DRIVES DETECT THEMSELVES Turn on automatic drive detection and the phone notices when you drive and measures the distance. Each finished drive lands on a review list as a suggestion — swipe right to file it as business, left to dismiss. Nothing is recorded until you decide. Very short drives can be captured with the Start button instead. Every kept drive gets a route map snapped to the roads you actually took, the distance, the time span, and a place for parking and tolls. Trips missing a detail are flagged "needs review" and stay out of your totals until they're complete — because an incomplete trip is worth nothing at tax time. IT LEARNS YOUR WEEK Name a place once — Home, Office, the supply house — and drives start reading like sentences: Home → Office. Set your work hours and drives inside them arrive pre-suggested as business. Answer the same route the same way a few times and BizFlow offers a standing route rule. Suggestions never file themselves; you confirm every drive. RECEIPTS READ THEMSELVES Photograph a receipt the day you get it — thermal paper fades in months, the photo doesn't. The amount, vendor, and date are read from the print and prefill an expense form you confirm, correct, and save. Attach each receipt to the expense it backs and the record is substantiated, not just stored. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND Income and expenses in one ledger, a monthly profit & loss beside the month before, budgets that show each category's spend against its ceiling, and a year-at-a-glance home screen. Mileage is valued at the IRS published rate for the date of each trip — rates are data in BizFlow, updated when the IRS publishes, never hard-coded. TAX TIME, READY Export an IRS-ready mileage report as a shareable PDF, the full mileage log and ledger as CSV, or a complete year archive — every receipt image plus your records — straight from the phone. Vehicles track the standard-mileage vs. actual-expense choice and the switching rules that come with it. WORKS OFFLINE Every trip, expense, and receipt saves on the phone the moment you tap Save — airplane mode changes nothing. Records sync in the background and wear their state honestly until they land. PRIVATE BY DESIGN While BizFlow is detecting, the GPS trail stays on your phone. When you keep a drive, only its simplified route is saved to your account. Dismissed drives are deleted from the phone entirely, route and all. The diagnostics log never contains coordinates. BizFlow requires a Biz Flow Connect account with an active app plan. Currently available in the United States.
