Civilynk Mobile is the companion app for organizations that run their operations on Civilynk. Sign in with your existing work account and take the tools you use every day into the field. DASHBOARD See your current status and the time you've spent in it, a running summary of this month's mileage — total miles, total payout, and average miles per day — and whether you currently have a vehicle checked out. STATUS Set your availability and the site you're working from in a couple of taps, so your team and dispatch always know where to reach you. MILEAGE Log each trip with its route and reason, then run your monthly mileage report for reimbursement. Entries sync to your organization's Civilynk workspace, so there's nothing to re-enter later. PRINTSHOP Submit print jobs to your organization's print shop from anywhere and check on their progress without heading back to the office. FLEET Check out and return vehicles, complete the inspection forms your organization requires, and see which vehicles are available at a glance. SUPPLIES Track the stock you're responsible for, spot anything that has fallen below its safety level, and submit inventory requests without a phone call. WHAT YOU'LL SEE The sections above appear based on the roles your organization assigns you, so you may see some and not others. Your administrator controls which are turned on. WHO IT'S FOR Civilynk Mobile is for employees of organizations with a Civilynk subscription.
