Venlly is a shared space for everyone caring for one person: a child or a relative with complex medical needs, their family, and the health professionals treating them. It is not a calendar. A calendar is in there, but the point is that everyone sees the same thing, with exactly the access you choose. THIS WEEK Appointments, and what has to happen first. It becomes a note every carer can read, and the things to do at home or bring next time turn into checklist items by themselves. GOALS OVER TIME Every professional's goals in one journey, updated as summaries come in. MEDICATIONS One list, always current, with a reminder before a script runs out. YOU DECIDE WHO SEES WHAT Invite each person with the access they need: a teacher sees goals only, Nan sees the schedule, a clinician sees their own notes and the family's, never another clinician's. Access can be time-limited and revoked at any time, and every view is logged. Two kinds of huddle, one engine: a child's huddle owned by a guardian, or an adult's huddle they own themselves, where the adult approves everyone who is added.
