About
Don't get embarrassed at the fuel dock. Sail It is a berthing and pilotage trainer for bareboat charterers, set in the real British Virgin Islands. Every harbour is built from real, openly licensed chart data and the skipper's own charts: real shorelines, real reefs, real mooring fields. Every boat handles like the boat it is, from prop walk to windage to the pause while a diesel comes through neutral. Sail the week before you sail the week. REAL PLACES Twenty-two exercises across the territory: the mooring scramble at The Bight, the reef gate into Trellis Bay, the unmarked coral at Marina Cay, Anegada's channel, the slip at the charter base, the fuel docks, White Bay, Cane Garden Bay, Jost Van Dyke, North Sound and more. Each comes with a real briefing, honest depths, and neighbours already lying to their moorings. REAL BOATS Eight boats with genuinely different characters: sailing catamarans from 42 to 55 feet, a big monohull, twin-screw powercats with bow thrusters, and the dinghy that takes you to the beach bar. Twin screws steer on the throttles. A single screw walks its stern. A cat crabs across a crosswind. If you can dock it here, you can dock it there. REAL SEAMANSHIP Anchor with real scope and drag. Pick up a pennant with the boathook. Rig springs, surge a loaded line, and learn why the after bow spring is your best friend. Sail trim with a windex that tells the truth, a no-go zone you can feel, and a reef to take when she is carrying too much. A shallow-water alarm that sounds like the real instrument. Navigation lights after dark, and a night entry where the flashing gate is all you have. LEARN IT IN 2½ MINUTES A guided controls tour walks you through throttles, wheel, thruster, sails, anchor and mooring pickup. Then the coaching steps back and lets you sail. WATCH IT BACK Every run records itself. Nail the docking, or don't, then watch it again from the drone, frame for frame identical. BUILT FOR THE COCKPIT Fully offline: everything works with no signal, because that is what a boat has. Chartplotter with route, tide, cross-track error and a satellite photo layer. Engine-out drills. A ferry that will not alter for you. Painkillers on arrival. You'll see. Not a navigation aid. Chart data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); terrain NASA/USGS SRTM via Mapzen; imagery Copernicus Sentinel-2. Depths are training estimates. Use official charts on the water. Practice your charter. Then go live it.Read more

REAL PLACES
Twenty-two exercises across the territory: the mooring scramble at The Bight, the reef gate into Trellis Bay, the unmarked coral at Marina Cay, Anegada's channel, the slip at the charter base, the fuel docks, White Bay, Cane Garden Bay, Jost Van Dyke, North Sound and more. Two sheets: trim the main and the jib apart, back the jib, and heave-to. Two departures: leave the slip at Road Reef and at Nanny Cay and take her out to sea room. Over 400 exercises: twenty-two harbors, eight boats, fifty-eight berths, every one tested end to end in every boat that fits. Road Reef and every alongside dock: the finish mark now sits a fender's width off the timber in every boat, so your lines hold you in it instead of pulling you out. The run to the WT and the Bight no longer stutter, and Soper's Hole opens without the freeze. Every brief shows the harbor edge to edge. Spanish …
