FoxyDocsy is the staff app for beauty salons and barbershops. It turns paper treatment cards into a signed, digital record — and keeps the whole salon day in order. TREATMENT CARD ON IPAD • The client reads the treatment information, indications and contraindications • Health interview and GDPR consents in one step-by-step form • Signature with a finger or Apple Pencil — stored together with the date and device • Returning client? A short card confirms the previous answers and marks only what changed • Don't want to hand over the iPad? Show a QR code and the client fills in the card on their own phone TREATMENT SAFETY • Automatic check of the client's medicines against the planned treatment • Warnings about pregnancy, blood thinners and skin conditions • Staff review of the card before the treatment starts TEAM CALENDAR • Day view with a column per staff member, working hours and breaks • Time blocks and absences, a new appointment in a few taps • Start a treatment session straight from the appointment CLIENT CARD • Contact details protected by permissions, visit history, notes, tags • Before / during / after photos • Invite the client to the portal by e-mail or SMS SESSION DOCUMENTATION • Photos from the camera or the library, shown to the client or kept internal • Drawings on face, body, hand and foot diagrams • Notes, products used and aftercare saved to the client app and sent by e-mail FOR THE OWNER • Product inventory with stock adjustments and movement history • Team procedures (SOPs) always at hand • Work schedule, absences and today's team at a glance Three interface languages: Polish, English and Ukrainian. A light theme for beauty salons and a dark gold-and-black theme for barbershops. A FoxyDocsy salon account is required. Accounts are created at foxydocsy.com — staff sign in to the app with the same credentials as in the browser. Data is stored in the cloud and is available from a computer as well.
