About

Osteo Coach carries the home exercises your osteopath gave you, and sends them a report before your next visit. It is built for both sides of the treatment room. An osteopath ticks the exercises a patient should do and hands over a QR code. The patient scans it, and their plan, in the osteopath's order and with the osteopath's note, is on their phone. FOR PATIENTS • My Workout: the plan your osteopath sent, or exercises you pick yourself from the library. • Every exercise fits on one screen: numbered steps, the dose as your osteopath phrases it, a caution, and a timer. • Mark each session done and rate pain before and after, with a note for your osteopath. • Today shows your streak, this week's count and what is left today. • Report: a 7, 14 or 30 day summary — sessions, active days, pain trend, notes — sent by email or WhatsApp to your osteopath with one tap. THE EYE COACH One exercise, the suboccipital hold with slow eye circles, has a camera-guided coach. Rest the phone on a table, hands behind your head, and the phone follows your eyes with Apple's on-device face tracking. It talks you through calibration and the circle: "look down", "hold", "good", "go slower", "keep your head still". Nothing is recorded. Needs an iPhone with Face ID. FOR OSTEOPATHS • Choose "I am an Osteopath" at first launch. • Profile: your name, clinic, email and WhatsApp, kept on your phone. • Prescribe: tick exercises in order, add a note, create a QR code or a link. Your details travel inside it, so patients never type anything. • Reports from your patients arrive by email or WhatsApp. THE LIBRARY 87 exercises across twelve areas: neck and suboccipital, thoracic and ribs, lower back and pelvis, shoulder and arm, hip, knee and foot, breathing and visceral self-techniques, cranial and nervous system, women's health, sports rehab, cardiac and circulation, posture and desk, balance and elderly. LEARN What osteopathy is, how it differs from physiotherapy, what your osteopath treats and what happens in a session. PRIVACY No server, no account database, no analytics, no tracking. Sign in with Apple is optional; you can continue without signing in. Exercise logs stay on your phone and leave it only when you send a report. Delete your account and every log in one tap under Account. Osteo Coach is an exercise guide, not a medical record, and does not replace advice from your practitioner.Read more
