Manage multiple homes, switch between current and past rentals, and keep each home's history on this iPhone. Key Features: - Lease Desk: Today view with rent status, utility fee forecast, pending arrivals, due bills, and quick shortcuts. - My Homes: Add a new rental home, switch between homes, and edit lease details. Past homes keep their records. - Rent Setup: Monthly rent amount and due day with in-app due cues only. - Utilities and Fees: Electricity, water, gas, internet, phone, and custom accounts per home.
