Schedule is a personal operations system built around talking, for people who carry more context in their head than they will ever type up. START A MEETING Whenever you like, start a check-in. An AI interviewer that knows your world — your projects, people, open to-dos and recent debriefs — asks one question at a time. Answer in your own words: dictate or type, paste notes and documents, and record the audio for your own reference. It follows up when there is more to learn and moves on when there is not. Or open with what is on your mind and let it take it from there. IT REMEMBERS Every answer is read against what Schedule already knows. Durable facts are filed into your corpus, misheard names are corrected against the people and projects on record, and contradictions are resolved instead of piling up. When the meeting ends you get a debrief, and the debrief joins the memory too. The more you tell it, the sharper the next meeting's questions. IT PLANS To-dos are extracted with priorities and due dates, and a self-scheduling queue rebuilds itself after every meeting: mapping sessions, deep dives, prep before real events, debriefs afterward, sweeps of stalled work. Each item arrives with its reason attached. CLOSE THE LOOP Post what happened on a to-do's work log: notes, files, the outcome. Schedule judges done from the evidence and suggests; you confirm. Any to-do can produce a paste-ready context pack for handing to another AI session. ASK YOUR MEMORY Chat with your corpus at any time: what you said about a project, what has stalled, who you promised what. Conversations are saved, and you can attach files. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Sign in with Google or Apple. Your recordings, notes and to-dos are stored privately to your account and can be deleted, along with the account, from inside the app. NOT INCLUDED YET Schedule does not book or sync an external calendar. SUBSCRIPTION Schedule requires Monthly Access, an auto-renewing subscription. New subscribers start with a 7-day free trial, then $49.99 per month (USD; local prices vary). Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase, and renews each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
