About

Fashionably lethal. Heelstorm is a fast arcade game. Food comes flying at her, and she kicks it straight back — donuts, cherries, watermelons, layer cakes — sending it sailing into the city behind her. Time it perfectly and the world slows down. Miss, and it lands on her. FOUR MOVES, THREE HEIGHTS • Tap for a standing kick • Short swipe up for a high kick • Long swipe up for a jump kick • Swipe down to duck Every level asks for all four. Easy to learn in a minute; hard to master by Hong Kong. KICK THE SWEET, DUCK THE NASTY Sweet food gets kicked. Spiky, hot and pungent food gets dodged — durians, chilies, puffer fish, onions and garlic, all marked with a bright red outline. Try to kick one and it hits you anyway. CHAIN KICKS FOR BIG SCORES • Perfect, Good or Miss — every kick is judged on timing • A Perfect kick sends food further and triggers slow motion • Knock a kicked item into the next one for a chain bonus • Keep kicking to build your combo multiplier — take a hit and it resets • Heavy food needs a Perfect or two kicks to break A WORLD TOUR IN SIX CITIES Travel from London to Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Every city has its own skyline, its own music and its own pace, and each one is faster and busier than the last. A BOSS AT THE END OF EVERY CITY Finish each city against a giant boss treat: a scone with strawberry jam, a raspberry macaron, a strawberry cheesecake, a giant burger, a sakura mochi and an egg waffle. Each takes five kicks in rhythm — no shortcuts. ENDLESS MODE Want more? Play an endless run in a random city and chase a high score on the Game Center leaderboard. YOUR WARDROBE Earn coins from every run and spend them in the wardrobe: • Sandals, pumps and ankle boots in a range of colors • Knee-high boots: everything you kick pays a tenth more • Thigh-high boots: pays a fifth more, and heavy food breaks in one kick • Bodysuits in six colors Try anything on and watch her walk in it before you buy. Short levels, big kicks, and one more run. Put your heels on.Read more
