Casapē Rio accompanies your stay in one of our apartments in Rio de Janeiro, from the moment your booking is confirmed until checkout. To sign in, all you need is your reservation code and your surname. There is no registration and no password. Before you arrive, you send your guests' documents, share your expected arrival time and apartment preferences, and receive access instructions at the right moment. During your stay, the property guide brings together the address, Wi-Fi, entry instructions and local recommendations. Through the concierge, you can request services such as airport transfer and private driver, open maintenance requests and follow each step. Our partners offer exclusive benefits to Casapē guests. Our team replies through the chat, and you are notified on your phone as soon as there is an answer. On your departure day, checkout is done within the app, with a short list of things to check before closing the door. At the end, you can review your stay. The app is available in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. Access is exclusive to guests with a Casapē reservation.
