Dentomation Patient is for people registered with a dental practice that uses Dentomation. Sign in with the patient ID your practice gave you and see your dental care in one place. WHAT YOU CAN DO Appointments See what is booked, with the date, time, clinician and any preparation notes. Move an appointment to another time, or cancel it, without ringing the practice. Booking Book a new appointment by answering a few short questions. Maya, the practice's AI concierge, offers the next available times with the right clinician. Anything she cannot handle goes to the reception team. Your treatment plan Read the plan your dentist has shared, item by item, with the cost of each step. NHS patients see the band and the NHS charge. Private patients see the fee for each item. Payments See what you owe and what you have already settled, then pay securely on your practice's payment page. Your card details never touch this app. Documents and forms Open the plans, consent forms and other documents your practice has shared with you. Messages Message your practice and get a reply. Maya answers simple questions straight away, and a member of the team picks up the rest. Your details Check the contact details your practice holds for you, alongside the practice's address, phone number and opening hours. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD You need to be a patient of a dental practice that uses Dentomation. Your practice gives you your patient ID. Signing in needs that ID, your date of birth, and a six-digit code sent by text to the mobile number your practice holds for you. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Nothing but your sign-in token is kept on your phone. Your appointments, treatment plan, invoices and messages are read from your practice's records each time you open the app, so a lost phone does not mean a copy of your record.
