The Renew Health & Longevity patient app keeps your care with you between visits. Sign in with the User ID your clinic gave you, and everything the practice shares with you is in one place — your plan, your appointments, your results, and a direct line to your care team. WHAT YOU CAN DO Your plan See the treatment plan your provider built for you, laid out step by step. Check off doses and tasks as you go, and see what is coming next. Appointments Request a visit, see what is scheduled, and get a reminder before it. Messages Message your care team directly. No phone tag, and your questions stay attached to your record. Progress Follow your lab results over time, log your weight, and keep progress photos in one private place. Prescriptions and refills See what you have been prescribed, and request a refill when you are running low. Paperwork before you arrive Complete intake forms and sign consents from your phone instead of on a clipboard in the waiting room. Billing View your invoices and pay from your phone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only your clinic can see it. After your first sign-in you can use Face ID or Touch ID. You can request deletion of your account at any time from the Account tab. FOR EXISTING PATIENTS This app is for current patients of Renew Health & Longevity. To activate your account you will need the User ID your clinic issued you and your date of birth. If you are not yet a patient, please contact the practice first.
