Dentomation Connect

Dentomation Connect is the practice-owned device handed to patients in the waiting room to complete their paperwork before an appointment. Reception gives the patient a code, or shows a QR code to scan. The patient enters the code with their date of birth, completes the forms assigned to them, signs, and hands the device back. Nothing else is reachable from the patient's side. FOR THE PRACTICE • Medical history, consent and treatment forms, assigned per patient from your Dentomation workspace • Completed forms return straight to the patient record, so nothing is rekeyed • Question types built for dental intake, including medication and allergy lists, conditional questions, signatures and fee acknowledgements • One device serves the whole waiting room, session after session • Works on an iPhone or an iPad BUILT FOR THE WAITING ROOM • A session ends by itself after a period of inactivity, so one patient never sees another's answers • Accessibility options, including larger text • Answers are encrypted on the device and sent over an encrypted connection • Designed to UK GDPR expectations SETUP A member of staff pairs the device to your practice once, by scanning the QR code shown in the Dentomation panel or by typing the pairing code. After that the device stays paired and is ready to hand to patients. Staff mode is protected by a 4-digit PIN issued at pairing. Dentomation Connect requires a Dentomation subscription.
