Built for clarity during service, it brings incoming orders, kitchen progress, partner information and operational alerts into one focused experience. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Receive new DelishAfrica orders in one clear queue. • Accept orders and move them through preparation. • Mark orders as ready for courier pickup. • Review active, ready and completed orders. • Use the Cockpit Cuisine to understand what needs attention now. • Check Kitchen Oracle for a clearer view of kitchen workload and priorities. • Follow internal alerts without leaving the operational flow. • Access the restaurant partner space, profile and account tools. • Use Ops views to keep service activity easy to read. DESIGNED FOR RESTAURANT TEAMS DelishAfrica Merchant is designed to reduce noise during busy service periods. Important actions stay visible, order states remain understandable, and the restaurant team can focus on preparing each order accurately and on time. PART OF THE DELISHAFRICA ECOSYSTEM When a restaurant marks an order as ready, the delivery workflow can continue to the DelishAfrica Courier experience while the customer follows progress from DelishAfrica Client. DelishAfrica Merchant is intended for approved restaurant partners using the DelishAfrica platform.
