About
Moving to Israel means a flood of bills you've never seen before, in a language you may not read yet — electricity, water, gas, arnona (municipal property tax), and more. Billtov turns each one into something you can actually understand. HOW IT WORKS Take a photo of a bill, or forward it by email, and Billtov reads it in seconds — giving you the original text, a full translation, and a plain-language summary of what you owe, when it's due, and whether anything looks unusual. WHAT BILLTOV DOES • Reads electricity, water, gas, and municipal (arnona) bills • Translates the full bill and gives you a summary you'll actually understand • Tracks what your home really costs over time, not just what one bill says • Flags final notices and unusual charges so nothing slips past you • Answers your questions about any bill, in plain conversation • Supports multiple properties if you're renting, moving, or managing more than one home BUILT FOR OLIM Billtov was built specifically for new immigrants navigating Israeli bureaucracy for the first time — not adapted from a generic finance app. Available in English, Hebrew, Russian, French, Spanish, and Arabic. YOUR DATA Bills are encrypted, access is restricted to your own account, and your bill content is never used to train any AI model. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Get reminded before bills are due — Billtov can now send a push notification a few days before, and again the day of. Added the ability to reset a forgotten password and change your password from Settings, plus a show/hide toggle on password fields. Dashboard colors refreshed for easier scanning by bill category. Also fixes an issue where signing in with Google or Apple could sometimes fail.
