TrussIQ - CRM

TrussIQ puts your construction business in your crew's pocket. Built for contractors, subcontractors, and metal-structure dealers, TrussIQ Mobile connects the office and the field so everyone is working from the same job — no group texts, no paper timesheets, no guessing where a job stands. TIME TRACKING YOU CAN STAND BEHIND Clock in and out from the job site. Every punch captures the location and a photo at the moment it happens, so hours on the timesheet match what actually happened on site. Employees see their own hours and estimated earnings as they work, so time tracking stops being paperwork and starts being something the crew actually wants to use. Clock in and clock out from the job site Location and photo captured at every punch Break tracking built in Employees see their own hours and estimated earnings Managers and admins see the full team's time WORK YOUR JOBS FROM THE FIELD Open the orders assigned to you, check the details, and move work forward without calling the office. View and update assigned orders and job status Add notes to any job Upload photos from the job site straight to the job record See the day's work and what's next BUILT FOR THE TRADES TrussIQ is a full CRM and operations platform — leads, quotes, jobs, scheduling, crews, contracts, and payments — and this app is the field half of it. Roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, concrete, framing, general contracting, and metal-building dealers all run on it. ENGLISH, SPANISH, AND PORTUGUESE The whole app works in English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Every crew member picks their own language; the office keeps working in theirs. No translation gap between the trailer and the truck. ROLES AND VISIBILITY THAT MAKE SENSE Field employees see what they need for their work and their own hours — and nothing else. Managers and admins see the whole picture across locations. Access is scoped by role, so a crew member never sees pricing, margins, or another location's jobs. MADE FOR JOB SITES Big touch targets, readable in daylight, quick to use with gloves half-on and one hand free. ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT TrussIQ Mobile requires an active TrussIQ account. If your company already uses TrussIQ, sign in with the credentials your administrator gave you. If you're a business owner and don't have an account yet, visit trussiqcrm.com to get started. LOCATION AND CAMERA TrussIQ uses your device's location and camera only when you clock in or out, or when you attach a photo to a job. Location is recorded at the moment of the punch and is visible to your company's managers and administrators as part of your time record. TrussIQ does not track your location in the background or when you are off the clock. Photos captured at a punch are stored with the time record — TrussIQ does not perform facial recognition and does not collect biometric data.
