LoadTally is the field app for material placement — dump and slinger truck work, from the quarry to the spot on the jobsite where the stone actually goes. Drivers see the run they were assigned, scan their scale tickets where they pick up and where they place, and close the job out with the foreman standing right there. Dispatchers and owners see every ton land in real time, instead of chasing a glovebox full of crumpled paper on Friday afternoon. FOR DRIVERS: • Today's run, up front. Your active dispatch opens on the first screen: client, load site or quarry, placement site, start time, who pays for the material, and the site foreman to check in with. • Clock in where the work is. Punch in and out from your phone. Location is checked against your assigned site, so your hours are right the first time and nobody has to correct them later. • Scan a ticket in seconds. Point your phone at the scale ticket and LoadTally captures it, crops it, and files it to the right dispatch. Tonnage is the only thing you type. Scan a stack at once when the loads are backed up. • Works with no signal. Tickets captured at a pit or a back lot with no bars are queued on the phone and sent the moment you are back on a network. Nothing is lost. • Close out with a signature. Finish the run by capturing the foreman's signature on the placement, and a clean PDF of the job and every ticket behind it goes with it. • Know what you earned. My Pay shows hours and earnings by week or by month, broken down day by day, with the jobs behind every number. Request time off from the same screen. • Your paperwork in one place. Keep your license, medical card, and certifications on file, see what expires when, and share them with the office without hunting for a scanner. • Sign in with Face ID. BUILT FOR THE CAB Big touch targets, a light and a dark theme for early starts and night pours, and screens that load fast on a weak signal. Push notifications tell you when a new dispatch lands or a run changes. ACCOUNT REQUIRED LoadTally is used by hauling and material placement companies that subscribe to the LoadTally platform. Your sign-in comes from your employer or dispatcher. If your company does not use LoadTally yet, have the office get in touch and we will get you set up. Location is used only to confirm you are at your assigned site when you clock in or out. The camera is used only to capture the tickets and documents you choose to scan.
