Smart Storage is the mobile app for self storage operators who run their business on Smart Storage. Owners, managers and counter staff use the same app: the day's work for the front desk, and the live state of the business for the people who run it, against the same records as the desktop dashboard. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS • Owners and admins: revenue this month against the goal, occupancy and late payments, with a row for each site. • Front desk: today's check ins and check outs for each site. • Each widget says what time its figures are from. TODAY, LIVE • Arrivals and departures for the day, late payments by site, open tickets and the cash drawer, refreshed while the screen is open. • Tap a tenant's number to call, open WhatsApp, or get directions to the site. • Record a cash payment at the counter, or take a new booking through your own booking site. BOOKINGS AND TENANTS • Find, open and update bookings. • Tenant records with the identity document on demand, the live lease, the deposit, and the one next action your role allows. • Extend a rental, arrange a pickup or delivery, and see the invoice. UNITS AND SITES • Unit lists and the facility map, with the status of every unit at every site, readable by colour. WHATSAPP • The operator's WhatsApp inbox on your phone: read and reply, and see the photos and documents tenants send. • Get a notification when a new message or booking arrives. FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS • Dashboard: occupancy, revenue against goal, the trend, and overdue by site. • Finance: profit and loss by month, year or all time, per site and business unit, with receivables ageing, payment methods and revenue by unit type. Every figure says which period and which sites it covers. • Expenses, scheduled invoices, overdue reminders, deposits and insights. Smart Storage requires an account issued by your storage operator. It is not for renting a unit; tenants book through the operator's website.
