About

Levare is a pelvic floor training app. It teaches you how to engage, gives you a rhythm to follow, and tells you when it’s time to see a clinician. We don’t measure your pelvic floor — a phone can’t. Who it’s for · Women / postpartum: Leakage, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor support · Men / desk-bound: Control, desk-bound pelvic floor health, post-surgery Pick one the first time you open the app, and it asks the safety questions that match your choice; you can change it later in Settings. Free Everything safety-related is free forever, and there are no ads anywhere in the app. · Safety screening, relaxation track, referral guidance · Free training: your own dosage + the engine · Spoken and haptic cues, each can be turned off · Symptom logging and referral reminders Check first. Before you start, there’s a safety check. If you should wait a while or see a clinician first, the app says so plainly, and tells you which specialty to book and what to say. We don’t recommend specific clinics, and we take no referral fees. Follow the rhythm. Spoken “Squeeze” and “Release” cues guide you, plus haptic beats on iPhone — no need to keep watching the screen. Every session ends with a relaxation segment. In free training you set how long to squeeze, how long to release, reps per set and the number of sets; it starts at the course’s week-1 amount. Keep a log. Log a leak, or tell the app when a session left you feeling worse. Every two weeks the Today tab prompts a check-in. If three months after your first check-in things haven’t improved, or you keep reporting feeling worse after training, the Today tab suggests seeing a clinician. In the full version (one-time in-app purchase) · The full 12-week course · Check-in trend line · Review your log: calendar + entries (with each session’s week and sets) · iCloud sync across devices · Your records follow you to a new phone (via iCloud Backup) A 12-week plan informed by guidelines: how long to hold and how many sets, laid out week by week. You’re paying for convenience, not for an outcome — the contractions in free training are the same ones the course uses. One purchase. Never taken back. No subscription, no auto-renewal. Your records No account needed. Your training records and symptom data stay on your own device; if you turn on iCloud sync in the full version (off by default), they’re also in your own iCloud — we never receive them. Language: 简体中文 · 繁體中文 · English, switchable inside the app. Questions or suggestions: Settings → Tell us, or email support@tinytwo.me.
