For members • See today’s assigned session, with exercise videos, sets and reps. • Complete coach-set tasks and track daily habits and streaks. • Explore mobility, HIIT, guides and playlists. • Log weight and body metrics. • Message your coach directly. • Share a login with your partner or family, then choose who is training. For coaches • View your client list, including last active date and adherence. • Review each client’s training history, tasks and metrics. • Message clients directly. • Use your gym’s programme and exercise library. • Take part in your gym’s community forum. A gym membership with a gym that subscribes to Enray is required to use this app.
