Aavosa

Aavosa is the guest app for hotels that run on Aavosa. From the moment you book to the moment you leave, everything about your stay is on one screen. **Check in before you arrive** Complete your check-in from your phone — reuse the ID saved on your profile or take a fresh photo — and walk straight to your room. Everyone travelling with you checks in from their own phone and gets their own key. **Your phone is the key** Hold your phone to the door and it opens. Your key is yours alone; each person on the stay holds the key to the room they are sleeping in. **Order, book, request** Room service, restaurant orders, spa slots, housekeeping and concierge requests — all charged straight to your room. Follow every order live, and see what you have had. **Talk to the team** Message the front desk, housekeeping or concierge and get a reply in minutes. **No surprises at check-out** Watch your room account update as you go, split the bill with the people you are travelling with, and check out from the app. **Travelling together** Invite friends and family to your stay. They see the stay in their own app, check in on their own, and hold their own key. Aavosa works with hotels that use the Aavosa platform. If your hotel is not on Aavosa yet, ask them to get in touch.
