FlowScan is sold to companies. Your organization's administrator sets up the workspace and gives you your sign-in details — the app itself is sign-in only. Scan a barcode and the right screen opens — receive stock, pick an order, log a quality check, or confirm a delivery. No handheld scanner hardware to buy, no desktop to walk back to. Built for small and mid-sized operations that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want a six-figure WMS rollout. SCANNING Scan barcodes and QR codes with the camera, with torch control for dim aisles and haptic feedback on every successful read. Damaged label? Type the code in instead. INVENTORY Live stock levels across multiple warehouses and locations. Stock in, stock out, transfers and adjustments — every movement written to an audit trail. Item master with photos, units and reorder points, plus stock valuation at a glance. ORDERS Purchase orders to external suppliers with PDF generation and email. Goods receipt booked straight against an open PO, with partial receipts tracked line by line. PRODUCTION Bill of materials for assembled items, work in progress tracking, and material consumption booked against production runs. QUALITY AND PROOF Quality checks with photo evidence attached to the item or batch. Document proofs for deliveries and handovers. A complete record of who moved what, when. DELIVERY Delivery orders with status tracking, proof of delivery captured on the phone, and automatic status emails to the customer. TEAM Organization workspaces with role-based permissions, task assignment, in-app messaging, and a realtime notification centre. HOW IT WORKS FlowScan is a multi-tenant service. Your company gets its own workspace; the records you create belong to your organization, not to us, and only your members can see them. Administrators control who can do what. The app needs an internet connection — stock levels are shared across your whole team in real time, so it does not run offline. PRICING FlowScan is free to download. Paid workspaces are licensed per seat at RM5 per active member per month, arranged directly with us and invoiced to your company.
