SCREEN RECORDING One attached video on a physical iPhone (iOS 26.5): launch → sign-in → home → add account/expense → group or sapati → Settings → Delete account (please cancel; do not complete deletion on the demo account). Permissions only when used: Camera (Contacts → Scan QR), Contacts, Face ID (optional lock), Notifications. No IAP/subscriptions, no ATT, no Location, no Photo Library. 2. ACCESS / LOGIN Account required (synced ledger; no guest mode). Internet for first login/sync. Sign in with Apple (4.8): labeled “Sign in with Apple” on the login screen (above Google). Flow: Apple → Firebase Auth → our API (Hide My Email supported). The demo email is NOT an Apple ID and cannot be used with Sign in with Apple. To test SIWA, tap that button and use any Apple ID (e.g. reviewer ID). Do not use the demo password for SIWA. Path after demo login: Home (FAB) → Accounts → Sapatis → drawer: Groups, Contacts, Budgets, Recurring, Notes, To-dos, Analytics. Delete account: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account (30-day grace, cancel anytime). In-app only. On purge we delete Kharcha data and the linked Firebase Auth user (Apple/Google). SERVICES API kharchadiary.com/api/v1; Apple/Google via Firebase Auth; FCM+APNs; Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check; FX via our API (fallback open.er-api.com). No ads, Apple IAP, or payment processors. 5. UGC Notes/group names/memos are private to owner and invited members (not a public feed).
