About
Marquee is a player for the media you already have. Point it at your subscription, your own movie folders, or the cloud drives you already pay for — Marquee brings them together in one library and gets out of the way. WHAT IT PLAYS • Your subscription — Xtream logins and plain M3U/M3U8 playlists • Your own films, from a folder you choose on this device or in iCloud Drive • Cloud storage you already own — iCloud Drive, pCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive • Series with seasons and episodes, grouped the way your files are WHAT IT ADDS • Posters and details, so a folder of filenames becomes a shelf you can browse • A programme guide when your provider supplies one • Picture in Picture, so a film keeps playing while you do something else • Favourites and playlists across every source • Voice control — say what you want to watch • Parental controls with a passcode • A scheduler that reminds you when a show is on and opens it to watch WHAT IT COSTS Marquee is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The price is shown on this page before you buy, and one subscription covers your iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV. To be plain about what that buys: it pays for Marquee, the app. It is not a TV service and it does not include any channels, films or series. You still bring your own subscription and your own files. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Marquee is a player, not a TV service. It includes no channels, no catalogue and no content subscription, and we do not sell, supply, endorse or recommend any subscription provider or content source. A subscription, if you use one, is bought separately and directly from that provider. What is included, and only so you can check the app works: one short demo film inside the app, credited to its author under the licence that permits it, a few public-domain films hosted by the Internet Archive, and a handful of public test streams published by Apple and Mux. Everything else you watch is a playlist, stream or file you supply. Nothing is streamed from us. PRIVACY Marquee has no account and no analytics. Your playlists, logins and files stay on your devices and in your own iCloud account — we never see them. Marquee itself sends nothing to anyone except, if you add your own TMDb key, film titles to TMDb for posters — and that is off until you turn it on. Made in Houston by Rinnovare Realty.
