ResortRide Driver

ResortRide Driver is the working app for golf-cart drivers at a hotel or resort connected to the ResortRide service. How it works: • A guest calls a cart from their phone — via a QR plate or by location. • The nearest free driver gets the call in the app: pickup point, destination, number of passengers. • The hotel grounds map shows the pickup point and destination; the guest sees where the cart is and when it arrives. • The driver marks "arrived", "on the way", "completed" — reception sees everything on one screen. What else the app does: • Shifts: "on line" / "off line", rides per shift, fair distribution of calls between carts. • Notifications about new calls, even with the phone in a pocket. • Three interface languages: Russian, English, Uzbek. Who can use it: The app is intended only for staff of hotels and resorts connected to ResortRide. To sign in you need a phone number entered by the hotel administrator and the hotel code — issued by reception or the administrator. There is no self-registration. About location: While the driver is marked "on line", the app shares the cart's position with dispatch and the guest — including in the background. Sharing stops when the shift ends.
