About

A little, every day. Habfive is a quiet place for the habits you want to come back to. Start with one small action, connected to something you already do — after your morning coffee, after lunch, before bed. Keep up to five habits, with room for the rest of your day. START WITH YOUR NEXT SMALL STEP Pick one of the ready-made habits or write your own, give it a place in your day, and review your plan. No account or long introduction. You can adjust the days and reminders, and add an optional reward later. ROOM TO BEGIN AGAIN Start with today. Earlier records can wait. Record that you did it, that you missed it, or come back later. Sharing a reason is optional. Two flex days per habit each month can protect your chain; they are shown separately from real completions. If your plan feels too hard, open “Flex, missed, or adjust” and change it. Make the habit smaller, choose another trigger or change the days. Changing the plan does not automatically mark the habit done. When a recorded obstacle repeats, Habfive can suggest a smaller version, another trigger, or different scheduled days. Review a suggestion before applying it, then use Undo within five seconds if you change your mind. You can also edit the plan yourself or keep going as you are. Your existing chain carries over. SEE WHAT CHANGED Keep a history of your plan changes. When there is enough history, compare recorded completions over four weeks before and after a change. Flex and unknown days stay separate. These records help you reflect; they do not prove that a suggestion caused an improvement. MAKE THE PLAN FIT YOU An optional first-plan check helps you think about time, remembering and the size of the action. Preview a smaller draft and undo it before starting. A clearly labelled example shows how a plan can change without adding sample habits to your records. Nine offline guides distinguish research findings, limitations and practical suggestions, with links to original sources. Your plan record keeps saved changes and the check-ins you chose to give separate from measured completion counts. If there has been a gap in records, continue with today or review one plan. Earlier history stays as it is. A REVIEW AT 66 At a chain of 66, decide whether the habit still needs tracking. The number comes from habit-formation research, where the time varied widely between people. It is a reference for a review, not a guarantee. Retiring keeps your history and frees a slot; you can bring the habit back from Settings. LESS TIME TRACKING Complete habits from a home screen widget, the lock screen, Control Centre, Siri or Shortcuts. Reminders are grouped, and the evening nudge only arrives when something is still unchecked. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Your habits live on your device and mirror to your private iCloud. The developer cannot read that database. No analytics SDK or developer server. Export and restore a plain JSON backup. If you want to help improve Habfive, preview an aggregate usage summary and choose whether to share it yourself. Designed in black and white. Five habits. One next step.Read more
