About
HOABooklet for iPhone and iPad opens the same directory your organization prints — the roster for an HOA, condo building, or club — so you can look someone up without carrying the booklet. It is the companion to HOABooklet for Mac, where the directory is composed and published. One document, both devices. BROWSE Read the composed directory exactly as it will print — the alphabetical section, the by-floor index, and the photo montage. Scroll the whole book, or jump to the resident you need. LOOK UP The residents browser lists everyone alphabetically with their photo, unit, and contact details. Find the neighbor whose name you half-remember, or the unit whose owner you have never met. PHOTOGRAPH Take a resident's portrait with the camera, framed by a 4:5 guide that matches the directory layout, and it goes straight into the book. The camera's original file is stored exactly as captured — never re-compressed — so the printed page gets the full quality. You can also pick an existing photo from your library or reassign one to a different resident. EDITIONS Every published edition is kept. Open last year's directory, or the one from five years ago, as the frozen PDF it was printed from. ONE DOCUMENT The book lives in your own iCloud, so a photo you take on your iPhone is there when you open the book on your Mac. There is no HOABooklet account and no HOABooklet server — nothing you enter reaches the developer. REQUIRES A directory created with HOABooklet for Mac.Read more
